Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 10 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

Order Changes

 We are unable to modify the items in your order once placed. If your order has not shipped, we can cancel your current order. You will need to place a new order for the desired items. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please see our return policy above.

Address Changes

We understand that sometimes life happens, and some address changes may be necessary. However, we cannot update the shipping or billing address once your order is confirmed.

All bike orders require a signature at delivery. For this reason, you will be unable to submit an address change with the carrier. If you need to request an address change for a bike delivery, please contact Veicar-Bike directly. Address changes to bike orders must be approved by Veicar-Bike and are subject to additional rerouting fees.

All items in store may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below.

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

The shipping time depends on shipping way you choose.

We can supply multiple shipping options.

For normal opition, shipping time is:

US:6-12 working days

CA:3-5 working days

AU:10-14 working days

UK:6-10 working days

For quick opition, shipping time is:

US:5-8 working days

CA:2-4 working days

AU:5-7 working days

UK:3-8 working days
